We are an online-only store, so there is no shopfront to visit and no counter returns. Everything is handled by email, including returns and exchanges.

Include your order number (it starts with #, and is in your confirmation email), the item name and size, and photographs if something arrived damaged or is not what you ordered. With that in the first email we can usually resolve it in one reply instead of three.
