All payments on Dolarina are processed over an encrypted connection by PCI-compliant providers. We never see or store your full card number.

Currency

All prices on this site are shown and charged in Australian dollars (AUD). The amount you see at checkout is the amount that leaves your account — there are no conversion fees added by us, and no customs or duty charges for Australian deliveries.

When you are charged

Payment is taken when you complete checkout. If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, the full amount is refunded to the same payment method.

Security

This site runs over HTTPS on Shopify's infrastructure. Card details are passed directly to the payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Problems paying

If a payment is declined, check the card details and billing address first — a billing address mismatch is the most common cause. If it still fails, try another method or email info@dolarina.com and we will help.
