Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Dolarina — a brand of LP Brands — collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to any order you place with us. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

What we collect
- Order information: your name, delivery and billing address, email address and phone number. We need this to process, ship and support your order.
- Payment information: handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications: the content of emails or messages you send us.
Why we use it
- To take payment, fulfil your order and deliver it to you.
- To send transactional messages such as order confirmations and dispatch notifications.
- To answer support enquiries and handle returns.
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To improve the site, and — only with your consent — to send marketing emails.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the parties we need to in order to run the shop: Shopify (our ecommerce platform), our payment providers, and the carriers and fulfilment partners who deliver your parcel. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to run the cart and checkout, plus analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the cart and checkout may not work correctly without the necessary ones.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (seven years in the Netherlands). Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for two years.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it for marketing. Email info@dolarina.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe we have mishandled your information.
Security
This site runs over HTTPS and payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date shown on this page. Material changes will be communicated by email where we have your address.
