Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Dolarina, a brand of LP Brands. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Products and descriptions
We describe every product as accurately as we can, using the photographs shown on the product page. Colours can appear differently between screens. Sizes shown are Australian sizes; see our size chart before ordering.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes. Delivery is free within Australia. Where a product shows a crossed-out price, that is the recommended retail price the item has been offered at; the price you pay is the one shown in bold. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order you have already placed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example, because an item is unavailable or a price was listed in obvious error — we will tell you and refund you in full.
5. Delivery
Delivery terms, including processing and transit times, are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Returns
Returns, refunds and exchanges are covered by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms and sets out your consumer guarantees.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content for commercial use without our written permission. All text, imagery and branding on this site remain our property or that of our licensors.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding the price paid. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and does not affect your consumer guarantees.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, where LP Brands is established. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, including the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
